If I could give more than 5 Stars I would!! My family and I had the opportunity to work with Eric on multiple cases. Eric stepped into our case and took over a huge mess another attorney had left us in. Eric is hard working, does his research, Eric is an aggressive attorney and he was always prepared when going in front of the judge. Eric helped us successfully terminate the biological mothers rights of my husbands children and I was then able to adopt them all! In Utah this is a HUGE milestone! Having Eric as our attorney made this all possible! Thank you Eric for your Hard work! I would recommend him to work any case.

When I first started the divorce process, I was working with another attorney in the office. After a few weeks, he left and Eric took on my case without question. I have to say that in this already very difficult time, Eric and his office staff were the best choice and team on my side that I could have asked for. Phenomenal attorney. He was always up front and honest about what we most likely could win or most likely wouldn’t win. After years of dealing with my husband’s abusive and manipulative ex wife and never winning anything at the end of our case we got everything we asked for and more! I started my divorce with another attorney and did not feel understood or represent well. Someone recommended Eric to me and almost immediately I felt like he understood my case better than the other lawyer did after months of working with him. Eric is very knowledgeable. Eric was outstanding at dealing with an obnoxious ex who filed a motion to enforce out of spite, shortly after returning from our honeymoon. (Follow up on your filed decrees fellas, because you never know when your signature will be forged!!) Although the original decree had been filed 3 years ago, Eric's attention to detail saved us tremendously on false claims.
