Eric was very straightforward and honest. He had all of the insights needed (uncommonly knowledgeable), did the necessary research, and had clear answers for all of my questions. He dealt with things in a very mature and respectful manner, and made the experience catered to what I wanted to get out of the situation. He never let ego get in the way, and didn't make decisions based on the heated discussions coming from the opposing counsel. In other words, he didn't take things personal and made sure my requests were addressed above all else. I really appreciated the honesty and maturity that I could always expect from Eric. In the end, he was extremely honest with his billing practices, and I never saw him over billing for anything. I know this isn't always common. I was billed very fairly for the work he did. Eric is an great attorney. After going to multiple different consultations and firing our first lawyer, we knew he was the right person. My husband was fighting for full custody which was not easy for a father in Utah with our 14 year old son living in a different state with his mother the majority of his life. We were very impressed with him in the courtroom. He is very thorough and comes prepared. Whereas the opposing attorney was aggressive and used exaggerated lies to try and gain an advantage. Eric always remained more level headed and with his knowledge of the law and the state relying heavily on our child's preference he was able to help us get full custody. He also has a way of making you feel calm throughout a very stressful process I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a great attorney that fights hard and knows the law.
