When my life fell apart I was able to reach out to Carr Woodall and was fortunate to get Mary Bevan as my attorney. Not only did she go above and beyond to help me in a rather difficult and challenging situation she also willingly assisted my ex when he fired his own attorney. My ex wrote an email stating how grateful he was for her help in such a strenuous situation. She mitigated things and created a decree that was agreed upon by both parties, and saved us a ton of time and energy. When my ex spouse decided he didn’t get the things he felt he was entitled to he, filed to have a decree that was agreed upon, and signed by the judge thrown out. He then proceeded to blame Mary and Carr Woodall for not creating an enforceable decree. The decree was never thrown out, but rather both parties agreed to mediating since it had mutual benefits to adjust the decree. Having to go back to mediation and restarting the process was stressful, but with Mary’s help and excellent skills she was able to make the process smooth and help advocate for me when I needed it the most. She handled my case with grace and excellence. I can not thank her enough for not only helping me through this difficult process, but also helping me further understand my legal rights.
