My case was pretty simple, but hard. I was getting divorced and even though things didn't work out with the marriage you still like this person and don't want to hurt them. Rachel understood my feelings. She made sure I was protected with my personal assets. She asked me alot of questions that I didn't even think of. We had tried more than once to relinquish our Florida timeshare back to the resort with no progress at all. One letter from Ryan Snow at Pearson Butler got a response from the resort and were able to deed the timeshare back to them within a couple of months.
