Dawn was recommended to us to handle a legal issue with another company that should have provided services, but had become unresponsive, and she gave us clear guidance on what our likely paths and outcomes would be, and came up with a plan of action that for a reasonable amount gave the best chance of getting results. Dawn's actions got a quick response from the company and a positive outcome. She clearly communicated with us at each step and we were very happy with the results.
