Completely absent, months between communications, never answered emails for months, never answered questions on case in emails, wouldn’t take my calls, threatened to seek new counsel twice, 6 months apart, stating to counsel very politely, you must be too busy to handle my Trust case…perhaps it’s time we terminate our relationship…only to get an apology weeks later and I fell for it…silent again, missed counter offers by months…absolutely absent and added zero value…terminated service and got the first same day response stating counsel would file the appropriate paperwork to remove them as my representation with the courts, two weeks now and nothing but a bill for $7k. New counsel has to file with the courts as second representation due to the failure of this attorney to conduct himself in any form of professional and the lawyer client code of ethics.

Amanda helped me with an urgent visitation issue. She was quick and extremely responsive and pulled off what looked impossible.

I’m sure it’s an amazing firm. I just had a weird case and not even sure if it would be one. Without answering any questions they said I can pay $150 to meet with a lawyer. I wasn’t sure if the case I had would even be a case.

UPDATE: They did call back and say they would do a zoom meeting but that was only after losing me as a customer. They were not willing to work with me on having the initial consultation via video conference based on nothing but the attorney's preference, not the client's preference, time costs or travel costs. If they're this hard to work with in the initial phases of work, I can't imagine they're very responsive to client's needs.

I have been absolutely appalled at how unprofessional and slow this firm is. They will go months without contacting me at all about my case. I've been with them for 3 years about my accidents and have had to hound them every step of the way. Still waiting for resolution. Don't waste your time and money here!

Money hungry and not helpful at all. I came to them to file bankruptcy- it is my fault I didn’t shop around more. I put together all of my paperwork and paid the entire fee they require to file, I then was told the day of signing that I don’t qualify and that I wouldn’t be getting that entire fee back. They did absolutely nothing with my file, and were zero help when I asked questions. The paralegal would never call, and Russ even mistaked me for another client saying I was a single mom.. when I am not and have no kids. Extremely unorganized. I am now out so much money when I was already in a bad situation. Sucks to see companies like this exist.

Rachel was absolutely amazing. She clarified every detail. I felt she did not waste my time nor money. She was on point. I felt she always responded in a timely manner. At times I truly felt like I could have been her one and only client because of how responsive and timely she was with me. This meant a lot to me because I had a previous attorney prior to Rachel on this same issue who would ignore me and in a way "put me in the back burner". Rachel helped to remind me how strong and confident I could be and to not let another walk all over me. She helped to solve my case with reasonable expectations. She also was up front with me about what to expect and not afraid to be honest and truthful with me. Even if it was something I did not want to hear. I cannot put in words how grateful I am that she worked on my case. I did have to wait to become a client of hers. I am so glad I waited and was able to become her client. She was so forth the wait and extra expense. Thank you Rachel you truly helped me in so many ways.

Cons - It costed me a fortune and throughout the length of the year never addressed my biggest concern of temporary orders to have parent time with my son. I never felt that the communication was anywhere near adequate especially considering the very high cost. I learned so much and got so much insight just in a free sit down consultation with another attorney that put so much of my concerns and anxiety to rest that I then hired him, and was also at a farore fair price. Pros - She was able to keep the jurisdiction from being transferred out of state in the custody case and referred me to a very good attorney in the other state when needed and in a timely fashion.

I have never been through a lawsuit . This company took 3 years of my life after a no fault accident . They were ticketed . I was injured . My life became a shambles financially . It will never be the same and this company did nothing I asked , Even my supposed expert witness they chose went against me . They didn’t even bother to defend my being slandered in court .The total check they won for me $3600 and no continued treatment to finish my injured neck . It was awful I was nobody to them . This case was a gimme and they screwed me over . Too friendly with the opposing council as well . Do not use them . My life is ruined I owe so much money too so many since this accident and my life will never be the same . Terrible representation and are not accountable for my loss . This is a lose !! They owe me an explanation
