I have had the honor of working with Jennifer, Angilee, and Nicole in this office and let me tell you, what a dream team! I'm sure I've freaked out quite a bit during a long custody battle, but the 3 of them stuck with me, reassured me, and helped me to understand next steps. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Never contacted me back. Wait All day

Nearly 12 months later and I am STILL waiting for my QDRO to be completed! Poor communication and incomplete documents being sent to the court and plan provider. I am frustrated and disappointed, to say the least.

Unorganized, don’t respond to communication via email or phone message. Took two weeks to get the supervisor to respond to a complaint when I was told I would hear back in two business days. The worst customer service I have ever received from any kind of business ever in my lifetime. I was on hold for 45 minutes for a telephone appointment that they arranged to have with me. They emailed me someone’s divorce documents with private info on accident. Couldn’t manage to appropriately file a mutually agreed upon stipulation in over a year and didn’t realize it hadn’t been even after repeated inquiries. Terrible law firm. Go anywhere else.

Stay away.

Going the legal route is financially, emotionally, and physically taxing. I wondered if I would be valued and treated as a true client, or just a number. Levi Veo was responsive, which made me feel valued and important. Levi validated my emotions and frustrations and listened -- and then did what a legal office is hired to do and handled my issues, handled the legal process and eventually my issue was resolved and closed. I highly recommend Pearson and I'm so glad that Levi was assigned to my case and worked with me. I recommend Levi and Pearson Butler.

They wont return my calls. I've called 3x requesting a consultation and I just get ignored.

She is a very kind person but my experience with her wasnt the best. She seemed to be on the other parties side of my divorce and my ex-husband and his attorney raked us over the coals. Rachel didnt do a whole lot when it came to mediation and seemed to want me just to drop everything and roll over. I lost a lot. I would not suggest her to anyone.

They don't finish open cases.
