This is a review two years in the making. In February of 2020 I was arrested on a Firearms charge. Attempting to defend a woman being physically assaulted. Thanks to covid it took one year for a court trial to even be scheduled. In the meantime I got a hold of mr. Melton to discuss my case. He was able and willing to work with my financial situation. Once we determined he was a good fit to take on this case he immediately got to work. His first course of action was contacting professionals, specifically in the field of firearms and self-defense. Including an author on the subject. From there we determined that the best course of action to take, both financially and logically. With our defense ready we began our first court date. Of course the prosecution was not prepared so we had to extend. So extend we did, five times in total. Each time the prosecutor was not prepared, but Mr Melton what professional, Collective and had all information to show the courts. Fast forward to February of 2022 the case has finally been resolved, without charges being filed. I have now been awarded my firearm back from the state and all charges have been dropped. I wanted to personally thank mr. Melton for his professionalism and continuance of this case long after the money I paid him was gone.

I had a very pleasant experience with Melton Law working with me and keeping me updated along the way, though I was stated away I was never out of the loop.
