Amazing attorney. Mr. Melton was able to fix a terrible speeding ticket I received visiting Utah in January. Got reckless driving ticket along with speeding which is reduced to a much smaller fine and was cleared on my record. He is very knowledgeable on traffic laws and was able to negotiate a very favorable outcome on my behalf. He is an honest, trusted adviser and very accessible day and night. I live in Colorado and he was always only a phone call away. Was very impressed with his accessibility and his transparency on the process. Having never worked with an attorney before, the process was painless and always had my best interest in mind. Will DEFINITELY RECOMMEND to all of my friends in my area! My name is Robert, I came to Will with a simple charge that I was looking at well over $2000 in fines plus a nasty ding on my record. He was very responsive and very confident in the work he does. He was able to get me in a program to drop my charges completely costing me well under what I expected to pay. He took a very hard and long process and turned it into a smooth quick process. Without him I was looking at months/years of repercussions and he handle my case with grace and finesse. I would definitely use him again, hopefully it won’t be necessary though.

Prior to contacting Melton law firm, I was caught speeding in Utah coming back to California. When I received charges I didn’t know what to do or who to turn to but then I remembered William Melton law and I gave him a call because I was from out of town I was very concerned about how that would effect me. He was able to get me into a diversion program so the charges were dismissed upon completion of that program and I could continue working out of state. I loved how helpful William was during this weird time in my life! After William helped me get my charges dismissed I felt completely stress free about the entire situation. I 10/10 recommend Will. Not that I plan on having any other troubles but if I do I’ll call him first!

I got charged with criminal defamation for posting a true fact on facebook, that crime landed me a class B mistominer. I googled defense attorneys and read through many pages I came across Melton law and new that was the attorney for me. It was over the weekend and assumed I would get a email or call back on the next business day and right then I got a call from William, he was very kind listened to everything going on and assured me he can help. After meeting him he was super fast and very determined to help me not just with this citation but with the problem at hand.
