I had been in a spot where I didn't know how to continue or had many questions about my workmans comp situation. I met with Dan, and with the first meeting he was very knowledgeable and helpful with my situation. I really felt he had my best interest and really listened to what I needed from him. I was ready to give up on getting Workman's Comp to pay for my knee surgery on a 20 year old injury. I figured I would give Dan a try as a last resort. I am extremely satisfied with Dan and his staff! From the first meeting he was informative and highly knowledgeable.
There was very minimal office visits needed.
My case was settled fast and efficiently.

I can't say enough good things about Dan McCabe. Smart, responsive, tough. I tell people to imagine a little Matthew McConaughey's 'The Lincoln Lawyer', intertwined with a little Bob Odenkirk's Saul Goodman character and a sprinkle of Matt Damon's 'The Rainmaker' character, and that's Dan McCabe.
To solicit other legal counsel is just an unnecessary risk to take.
