When our family found out that the land we were purchasing was not advertised correctly and in fact was actually classified as wetlands by the state of VT.... we needed an attorney that could help us with the purchase and sales agreement and mediation... Dan answered my call on a Friday afternoon and immediately started working on our case. Dan was great to work with and resolved our dispute before needing to actually go to formal mediation or even further, to litigation. He even followed up with my family and I a week later to confirm we recieved our deposit as agreed to by all parties. We would absolutely recommend Dan to anyone who is need of quick results. Two years ago my wife and I were rear ended by another car. We both suffered from whiplash and soft tissue injuries, and we engaged in physical therapy and rehabilitation for several months. We met with Steve Adler and Dan McCabe who realistically assessed that their time and involvement would eat up much of the prospective settlement amount. It was suggested that we pursue the court process pro se, and Dan volunteered to loosely guide us pro bono. We were taking on the big bad insurance company ourselves!
