I'm from out of state and received a U-turn ticket while passing through Virginia. I was told by three other offices that there was no way to get out of the U-turn ticket with my driving record. this office however took on my case anyway and somehow managed to get it reduced to a non moving violation so my insurance rates wouldn't raise! beyond thankful for whatever miracle they pulled to help me out!
