Working with the knowledgeable and professionals individuals within this law firm has brought me so much joy and pleasure. I encountered a situation a few months back and was unsure about the options that I had legally. April Fearnley and Erin Schatsiek were there throughout the whole process of what I encountered. The experience I had was amazing. I would defiantly refer The Spiggle Law Firm for legal matters that you may encounter.

I generally send a letter or something when I want to share good news about a service I received. Due to Covid-19, and the way we live now, I think it's important to post my comments on a public forum. I was in need of legal services for an employment issue, and I received recommendations from various friends on several law firms to meet with. I went through the initial consultation and intake process, to settle on Spiggle Law Firm. It wasn't just about the owner's comments on their website, but it was also the intake process to determine if I even had a case. Talking on the phone during that process was very good. The young lady assisting me, was amazingly calm and reassuring. She made me feel like what I was experiencing was not simply just in my head. She listened, took notes, and provided me with instructions on what to do next. So, after the intake process I was contacted by attorney April Fearnley, and it was the best experience ever. Having no prior experience with legal matters, I immediately trusted her and felt that she understood what I was experiencing and help navigate me through the process. The most important part of the initial process was doing my chronology, because it helped me remember and document things so that I would be prepared for the questions that would be asked. April, did not waste time, she and her team (Erin Schatsiek), always had time for me, and they in most cases, provided me information before I even had to contact them. They were direct, knowledgeable, engaging and very patient with me. If I had a question, they addressed it directly. We spoke often, and I trusted April to speak on my behalf when I was unable to be available for the back and forth negotiation process. We reached a settlement in what I found was record time. At the same time, I was going through personal family situations with an ailing mother, and the law firm sent me flowers and condolences when my mother passed. All taking place during our working relationship. I would highly recommend The Spiggle Law Firm and April Fearnley in particular. I almost wish she practiced in more areas than employment. April Fearnly at Spiggle was very helpful with a different couple situations with my past and future employers. April reviewed my documents and was able to provide helpful advice. Spiggle's administrative team also went above and beyond to make legal help accessible to me.

A complete waste of time. After retaining them for $3,000, they didn’t do SQUAT! Sent them several documents regarding my case. No update, no conversation, no follow up, nothing. Had to reach out to them to confirm delivery of my documents which they did confirm receipt. After over 2 months, and several emails to them, I finally got a call from a paralegal who said he didn’t have my documents!!! He states he would research them and follow up with me in a week. I had an appointment with him last Friday but I emailed him earlier in the week to confirm a time. No call or email whatsoever. No apology. NOTHING! They want to charge $3,000 for their time but completely disregards your time. It’s a definite NO for me. Now I have to start over with another attorney. How they even have one star is beyond me. Thank you for your response on 3/26/2021. Unfortunately, it doesn’t explain the lack of communication I received. It would’ve been helpful had someone communicated to me that you weren’t able to assist with my issue upfront. Although, I was assured by your staff that you were. THAT’S how you were able to get $3,000 of my money. I see your responses are an attempt to justify your lapse in service, however it does not explain why I received such lackluster service. Best of luck to you as well.

I worked with one of the paralegals on a complex case. Their paralegal was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable...more so than at least six other lawyers I spoke with at other forms. Unfortunately, they couldn’t take our case. My team and I really would have liked to retain them. Highly recommend.

Mr. Robert Porter was my attorney at the Spiggle Law Firm. He was very professional, had reasonable rates and on a personal level, he really cared about me and my position. He’ll really work hard at helping you. He kept me up to date on what was going on with the case without me having to contact him first. He’s a great negotiator, when I thought he would quit negotiating he kept going because he thought I deserved more than what the opposing attorney was trying to offer. Jo Anne Blackmon was very nice. She would call to check and make sure everything was going ok. As a whole everything went well and I would certainly recommend this firm and Robert Porter.
