I reached out to Sam for a consultation completely out of the blue to help with a landlord-tenant issue. Not only was he very quick to respond, but he was incredibly helpful. He carefully helped us weigh all of our options, was very friendly, and very thorough. I highly recommend consulting with him in any legal matters you have.

Honest and looks out for you above all. I spoke to several other lawyers, and I did not trust that any of them were looking out for my best interest. A friend recommended Sam Moore, so I gave him a call. My first discussion with him was 45 minutes. Sam listened, asked several important questions, and then gave me a list of options. What? The only option other lawyers gave me was to immediately hire them and go to court. Sam recommended that I continue to try to work out a deal with the insurance company, but we set a deadline for when we would have to file based on the statute of limitations. Once I got a settlement offer, Sam reviewed it and gave me the pros and cons to the offer. Sam Moore will be the first place I go if I ever need an attorney again.

Sam Moore was extremely affordable compared to a lot of other attorney's out there and his ability to provide accurate information helped me greatly. Having Sam on my side definitely helped me stay calm and keep a straight head throughout my whole ordeal. I give him an easy 5/5 stars. If you need any help with military law, look no further, Sam is the attorney you want on your side.

I would recommend Samuel for anyone who finds themselves in any legal issue or are seeking legal consultation. Samuel is very intelligent, prompt, and a thoughtful attorney. My family and I were very stressed about my case and were confused about what we should do. Samuel was able to calm us down by rapidly accessing the situation. He quickly developed a defense strategy for us and was able to bring a swift conclusion with better than expected results. He went beyond the call of duty by being very flexible with his availability, and displayed tremendous interest in the case. I plan to recommend Samuel to all my family & friends. Thanks again Samuel for everything you've done for me. Much appreciated.

Samuel Moore is humble; he's also the smartest lawyer in the court room. I saw that first-hand as I worked along side of him as a Marine Corps judge advocate. I watched as he fought to preserve convictions and sentences before appellate courts. Each time he stepped into a court room, Sam was the most knowledgeable person on his case. He knew his case better than the opposing counsel, and even the panel of five judges. And that wasn't by accident. Sam's legal researching skills are unparalleled. His written arguments are concise and innovative. His oral arguments are persuasive. If you're ever in a court room, you want Samuel Moore next to you. I know I do.

Sam is an thoughtful, dogged advocate. I had the privilege of working with and learning from him as a fellow Marine representing the United States in court-martial appeals before the military appellate courts. He is an honest, trustworthy lawyer and I am glad to call him a colleague.

Sam Moore is an incredible trial and appellate lawyer. I had the privilege of working with him for several years and learned that, for Sam, the law is not a job – it is a profession, and he devotes himself to it, and to his clients, with remarkable dedication and ability. His perceptive mind can take the most complex matters and then communicate them in the courtroom is clear, comprehensible terms. I learned much from working with him over the years. Sam is exactly the person you want sitting with you at counsel table, either as your advocate or co-counsel.

I've known Sam and watched him practice law for years. He's one of the best, most conscientious attorneys I know.

Sam is an ace. I know him through our work together at the Navy-Marine Corps Appellate Review Activity (NAMARA). Sam was the consistent "go to" lawyer for all the toughest appellate assignments, and he built an impressive track record of "wins" before the court. Our leaders trusted him so much they put him in supervisory positions--even over lawyers with more seniority and higher rank.

We enslisted this attorney's support with an undisclosed short sale in February of 2010. In our initial meeting, he promised swift action, and to keep us informed throughout the duration of the suit. Swift action was key as the property we were set to close on was being foreclosed (the seller failed to disclose that the sale was a short sale and subsequently failed to appear at closing). James gladly took our deposit of $1500 and indicated he would file a Lis Pendens and complaint immediately. That was in the end of February. Weeks passed and he would not return phone calls or emails. By the end of March I finally managed to make contact with him. I asked for copies of the work he had allegedly done on our behalf. Two days later he sends us copies of the Lis Pendens (filed a day earlier) and the complaint (which had still not been served). The complaint was a sloppy copy/paste job of an earlier suit he had filed, and had the wrong names in it. I have requested an invoice from him several times after telling him we no longer required his services, and have yet to hear a word back from him. Nor have we received any of our deposit back. Before enlisting his legal services, I would do a quick Google search as part of your due diligence. It will clearly show a history of professional misconduct. James is not someone you want represnting your legal interests.
