Successful and quick resolution to my VW issue requiring very little effort on my part, professional interactions, and extremely responsive. This firm deserves every single star. They turned around a very distressing situation and provided reassuring counsel throughout. I found them while researching the Volkswagen timing chain issue and I was skeptical about doing business with a company I found online, but working with Webster Book ended up to be such a great experience that it almost made me glad I had the problem with my car in the first place. Thank you for saving me from an enormous expense.

I sought out Webster Book after trying unsuccessfully to come to a resolution with Audi regarding my husband's Q5, which suffered a timing chain failure. I was told that the vehicle was not part of the settlement class and that, therefore, I would not receive a penny of reimbursement (on technicalities alone). Steve was attentive and thorough from the start and was able to bring this issue to conclusion within just a few weeks. The end result is that Audi is reimbursing us 100% for the costs incurred to replace the timing chain. Steve was always prompt in his responses and answered any questions I had. As an attorney myself, I can appreciate how difficult it can be to manage expectations insofar as client communication is concerned and Steve was nothing short of stellar in this area. It's no wonder this law firm has 5 (well-deserved) stars. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Aaron was amazing! We were told by Audi we would have to pay $12,000 to have our engine replaced due to a busted timing chain in our Q5. Aaron worked his magic and two weeks later we were driving our Q5 out of the shop with a BRAND NEW engine in our car, not rebuilt, not used, BRAND NEW. I hired Webster Book after my POS Volkswagen Passat inexplicably died and needed a new engine. It turned out that there was a class action lawsuit against VW for this particular issue. Webster Book went straight to VW and got much more than I would have (and much faster) than if I had participated in the class. These guys are awesome. They're incredibly responsive and will go to bat for you. They knocked it out of the park for me.

I can't say enough great things about Webster Book, LLP! I specifically worked with Aaron. He helped me resolve the issue with the timing chain tensioner system on my 2012 Volkswagen CC. Volkswagen agreed to pay for the full cost of repairs and legal fees. Prior to contacting Webster Book, I tried resolving the issue with VW directly. I was told that they wouldn't assist me because the warranty on my car was up, even though there is a class action lawsuit against VW for the timing chain tensioner. I found Webster Book through a Google search and within 2 weeks they reached a settlement. I HIGHLY recommend them!
