In 2014 my car suffered the timing chain issue, which cost me a couple of thousand dollars to fix. Contacted Steve Webster at Webster Book to get more information about the class action, and after a few week, they were able to get VW to repay me the cost of the fix. Recommend talking to them if the repair bill wasn't your only expense.

Don't walk, RUN to these guys. My daughter's Volkswagon Jetta was having timing chain issues and the repair cost me almost $800. I contacted Steve and Aaron at Webster Book, who in turn contacted Volkswagon, and within a week and a half they got me a full refund settlement. And best of all, their services didn't cost me a dime (they worked out their lawyer fee separately with Volkwagon). I can’t say enough how much Aaron and his team helped me out in a time of need with my Audi A4. I was set to move out of state when my timing chain tensioner gave out at 96K miles. This law firm is incredible! I have always been skeptical of law firms. Especially, when it comes to class action lawsuits. My biggest concern, if I followed through with the process, was the length of time, positive result and the firm being in my best interest. If I could give Webster Book LLP a ten star review, I would. So let this review of their services serve as a ten star! I had major issues with my car where my engine had broke down twice. I replaced the engine about six years ago and had another major issue happen to the relatively new engine this year. Of course, having to pay for major repairs on a car is the last thing anyone wants to deal with. But in my case, the maker of my vehicle, VW, knows there are defects with this particular engine and they have yet to do a recall. Anyway, after looking online and reading other VW owners posts about the same issues, I saw where there were two law firms who started a class action suit against VW for this engine defect. I reached out to the one in California, but I never heard back from them. I came across Webster Book LLP and was happy to learn that they were in my neck of the woods! I called the office and I immediately got Steven on the phone. We spoke about my issues with my VW and he informed me that they could help me recoup some of the money I spent on these major repairs.
