I cannot express in mere simple words how grateful I am for Curcio Law Firm, especially Rakin. I never dreamed, as a pedestrian, while standing and waiting to cross the street in Old Town, Alexandria, VA, that I would be struck by an SUV and live through a nightmare such as this but it happened to me on March 5, 2023, this year. My body looked like a war zone. It was a physically, painful season in my life. I still have residue physically from this unimaginable, freak accident. Months into recovery and as the concussion began healing, friends recommended I seek Council from a law firm. I never expected I would ever need a lawyer but I am glad I did. Justin was an excellent attorney for an auto accident claim involving my kids and I. He always explained the pros and cons at every step along the way. He was patient and at the same time efficient. He offered fair flexibility on his pricing, and in the end everything worked out as it should have. While I'm of course not experienced in personal injury claims, I can't see how the process could have been any better. I highly recommend Curcio Law.

I highly recommend Curcio Law Firm! Justin at Curcio Law firm helped me through a difficult time and process after a car hit me while biking. That car/bike crash changed my life. I would recommend Justin and his firm to anyone seeking legal help because of the personal care and attention. - and empathy about my situation. During this time, my dad passed away. It meant so much to me that Justin sent my family a sympathy card and wind chimes in memory of my dad. The communication was excellent as well! Daniel provided us with reasonable advice for the first few meetings but the handling of the case was botched for lack of a better word. He was careless in some filings and appeared to lose interest in our case over time resulting in a poor outcome. The rate at which Daniel charged us was not commensurate with the skills demonstrated.

Just stop looking and hire this law firm. There aren’t enough stars here to reflect the level of satisfaction. The level of expertise, professionalism and efficiency this law firm provided to our family during a difficult situation. A bigger law firm is not better. Hire Curcio Law you will not regret.

Dan Collier gave me expert legal advice promptly. He helped me to navigate a complicated ugly divorce of 34 years.
