I recently got hit by a drunk driver and had severe pain in my back so I contacted Curcio Law and had Justin as my attorney. Justin was a great attorney he guided me through the process and resolved my case in a matter of time. Justin updated me multiple times throughout the case and had the best interest for me. Really enjoyed working with Curcio Law!

Justin Curcio helped my father with a John vs Doe accident. He was always available and always answered our questions in depth and extensively. He made it very obvious that he really cares for his clients and always wants what’s best for them and always gave his best and honest advices. Justin’s team were great to work with as well, they were always up to date with my fathers case and always had updates for us. The Curcio Law Firm (particularly Tom Curcio and Justin Curcio) did an excellent job of representing me in my personal injury case. I was severely injured in a car/bike accident. Don’t look twice in your search in Virginia for an attorney. I did a few google searches for a lawyer after I got rear ended by 2 cars and suffered injuries. Other firms weren’t as responsive or were more focused on gloating about their credentials and wins but Curcio Law actually cared to listen and take the time to hear me out. Justin was methodical and caring in taking on my case, despite it not being a large money case he assured me I was owed for my pain and suffering and helped me understand Virginia law and how insurance companies operate. From the fact finding process to the weekly updates, calls, emails, the entire process was stress free leading up to trial. I did an intro zoom call in the beginning and culminated in an in person meeting the week of trial to prepare. While trial is nerve wracking, Justin is able to prepare you even for first timers. In the end, we won and seeing Justin in action was like watching a film on TV with his argument on your behalf in court. This is your guy and law firm!

Rakin from Curcio Law took my case for personal injury and I must say that it was a pleasure. All it took to initiate the process was one phone call where he asked detailed questions about the incident and that is it really. I made no effort to follow-up as I would get timely updates from Rakin and his team. He was always available if I had any questions at all.
