Erin Smith was referred to me by a friend when I received a reckless driving ticket. I was extremely nervous because I have a few speeding tickets on my record already. This was my first reckless and more than anything wanted it dropped to at least just speeding because I did not want a misdemeanor on my record. I spoke to a few lawyers, and Erin was the last I consulted with. I knew immediately on the phone with her that she was the one I was going to hire. She made me feel very comfortable was so nice. She knew Stafford county and was very familiar with the court, and even the officers! She made the recommendations I needed to complete prior to court. She was very affordable as well as working with you financially! The day of court I was very anxious. Erin showed up and knew exactly what to do and presented so very well. My ticket was dropped altogether to just a fine that is not reportable to the DMV or any points on my license!! I am truly grateful for her and recommend for any traffic offense!
