My attorney Erin Smith could not have been any easier to deal with when handling my case. Both the police officer who gave me my ticket and the judge handling my case were tough, but Erin went above and beyond to get the best possible outcome for me and ended up having my case dismissed! Erin was timely with updates and was by far the most convenient and easy to work with of all the attorneys I spoke to before choosing one for my case. Would definitely recommend, and will point anyone I know who needs a great lawyer towards if I ever get the chance. I was fairly anxious about my case, Erin was very patient and confident which eased my anxiety leading up to the court date. Called Monday, spoke with woman, and was assured a return call after submitting summary of my situation. Called back Tuesday, spoke with man, again next day submitting all my contact info. He was nice and apologized for the non return call Monday. Made sure all my contact information was correct after again submitting a summary of my situation. Now the third day, Wednesday almost noon, no call returned? If not interested in helping someone, a return call should be made stating the firm was not interested in my particular situation. I find this truly disturbing and a very poor business practice to have someone waiting three days and not a word from anybody from this firm.
