For over year me and wife wait in pain to find what happen to me from being said I assalted neighbor. First lawyer take our money and do nothing! We get many letters saying court date moved and lawyer not answer calls. We fire him and he say to me "good luck". We find Mr. patrick and ask to help. Was angry at other lawyer that he did nothing. He agree to help but court moved again because was close. We agree. He does his work and neighbor says to police I did not assalt him. It was "mistake". Why so long for this? We know I did not do this. Fist lawyer did nothing and we wait in pain and Mr. patrick fix things. Bad time for me and wife but many thanks Mr. patrick for help. I hired this law firm because of an incident stemming from accusations made by employer. I had an option to use a union rep but after speaking with her it was clear that she was just a puppet for my employer. I opted to hire a private attorney and turned my case over to Patrick. The union rep tried to talk me out of doing this, not surprisingly. She wanted me to take the resignation offer but there was no way I was doing this. After over a year of back and forth, my employer agreed to withdraw the charges and I was reinstated with back pay. I was facing felony charges and I placed by future in Patrick's hands. He never dropped the ball, he fought for me, and delivered exactly what I needed. Thank you all for everything.

Jake of the Law Office office of Patrick Anderson did a excellent job of representing me on my march 2016 DUI case.It was delayed several times and Jake was there for me every step of the way. I hired Patrick Anderson & Associates (PNA) to help me with my case and I am very unhappy. This was my first arrest and charge ever in life, felony vandalism. I ended up with a 12 month jail sentence (10 suspended), as part of a plea bargain to drop it to a misdemeanor. I also had to pay thousands of restitution dollars, and all the legal fees. PNA law firm lied to me several times saying they had been unsuccessful trying to reach me (not true because I checked my messages and phone calls daily), telling me to expect good things on the day of court (wrong, I got jail time), saying they continued my case several times (it was only continued once), and even tried to convince me that a charge of Reckless Driving will go on your criminal record since it is a misdemeanor in VA. That is also not true as I can speak from experience that Reckless Driving only goes on your driving record then goes away after 11 years. My criminal record was clean when I caught this vandalism charge. If PNA cannot keep a first-time offender out of jail for a crime that is non-violent and not drug or alcohol related, then those lawyers are not worth their salt. I do not recommend Patrick Anderson & Associates to anyone.

I was freaking out because I am in the process of getting a Security Clearance for a new job and didn't want this charge to jeopardize my career. Not to mention, this is my 2nd reckless driving charge which Law Offices of Patrick N. Anderson and Associates assisted me on and got the charge dropped down to a speeding charge. Patrick and Evelyn understood my concerns and assured me that they will do everything in their power to get the best results. My reckless driving charge was dropped to a speeding charge and a fine of $100. Evelyn went above and beyond. She was very professional, honest, and trustworthy. She was a good listener and answered every single question I had. She is very knowledgeable of the field and was able to give detailed explanations/answers to my concerns. These guys suck and there crooks basically I got hit with a DWI and went to these guys for help I researched patririck Anderson and saw decent reviews don't believe them they are not this law office is not here to help they just want your money so when I asked how much money I would pay them they said it was 3500 dollars and 1700 down so I paid the 1700 and asked Patrick to defend me so they literally took a year and continued the case out because they assured me that they needed more time durning this time they never gave me any updates on my trial that hole year and then they told me that some ROOKIE LAWYER NAMED JAKE was defending me not Patrick awnserson so let's backtrack to March when my case was supposed to be settled these crooks call me and tell me one day before I was supposed to appear I front of a judge that they would not defend my case if they where not paid in full and did not even notify me until I called they added a additional 200 bucks and said if they didn't receive 2000 dollars by the end of the day they where not going to show up in court literally robbing me of 1700 bucks I somehow came up with the the money and they still had no update on the time I was serving and bullshitted me until October they finally came back with a plea deal that was 30 days in jail 2 years probation and a charge of DWI even tho I did not give the arresting office a breathalyzer test bottom line I could have got a better deal with a public defender this is way too much time for a DWI also my lawyer jake cursed me out when I pressed him for a better deal witch is so unprofeesional I'm so mad with this out come and i would definitely recommended a better law firm these guys will take your money and pat u on the back while the book is thrown at you I'm so pissed because I just did my first 3 days and talked to people who did crimes far more extreme and had a slap in the rist compared to what I got they just had better attrorneys do yourself a favor and find you one that cares about your LIFE
