Excellent experience with the BEST possible resolution! I came to PNA & Associates in December 2015 in dire straights after receiving three criminal charges (one of which was a felony), while still on probation for a DUI. I knew the charges were unwarranted but due to my previous DUI I was extremely worried that I might end up in jail because of some overzealous police officers and dishonest witnesses. However, Attorney Danielle Brown with PNA assessed the overall situation and actually had me feeling optimistic that we could resolve the situation with a positive outcome. Danielle came up with a great plan, and consistently provided me with sound advice. It was extremely comforting to know that someone had my back and was fighting for me! My first time getting into any legal situation. I barely had to lift a finger. My attorney was able to get my DUI reduced to reckless driving. They also worked with me and allowed me to split payments into two installments. I don't have anyone to compare them to since this was my first time however, everything was as expected. After explaining the legal and immigration challenges that my nanny faced, Patrick recommended a strategy to keep my nanny out of jail and minimize the impact on her immigration status.
