Kimberly is a force to be reckoned with. She exudes power in the court room. She has a way of pulling out necessary information from witnesses without them even realizing the points that she is trying to make. I was recently at a case where she was able to get 5 out of the 6 witnesses impeached; one being an investigator. Kim has a sixth sense of who is credible or not, and is able to make everyone in the courtroom realize it as well. She seems to be 5 steps ahead of everyone and has a way with words to get out the truth. Even the most reliable witnesses, she is able to crack with ease. Not only is Kimberly impressive and effective, she is compassionate as well. She treats everyone with respect and makes her clients feel heard/involved. When her and her team won the very tough case I was at recently, she cried tears of joy with the rest of the defendant’s support system. This is way more than just a job to Kim. Stephen Hall brings a unique perspective as both a criminal defense attorney and prior Assistant Commonwealth Attorney. As Victim's Counsel, he understood the specific details of my case and was able to explain to me (as someone without a background in law), what to expect. In a court room full of theatrical antics, Kimberly Stover remained genuine, resilient and determined to fight for the best outcome an innocent person could get- NOT GUILTY!!!! Not only was it business for her, but, also personal. How would I know this? Kimberly shed the same tears of joy that my family and I did when we heard the verdict. She didn’t allow the jury a chance to fall into the prosecutions emotional tug of war with their verbal gymnastics to sway their opinions. “If your goal is to win, call on Kim”.

Sean Sherlock helped us immensely in every aspect possible when we found ourselves in one of the toughest situations of our lives. Sean made the situation at least tolerable and easier to handle, given the circumstances. Sean heard our concerns, took the time to answer questions, explain the situation, what could be expected, and all possible outcomes. He made sure we knew exactly what the situation was and exactly what was going on and why. My initial worry was that he, like other lawyers, would be hard to reach or would not answer questions or would keep us uninformed, but that was not Sean at all. If we had questions, we knew we could call Sean or send a message and if he wasn’t able to respond right away, he would respond when he was able to and he would help us better understand the case. He made sure we felt heard and not forgotten. It wasn’t just another case for Sean, he was involved and made sure to involve us in every step of the way. Sean was empathetic, caring, and respectful. At the end of the day, the outcome was much better than what was initially expected and we could not have asked for any better attorney to handle the case than Sean.

Simply put Ms. Stover is amazing. She recently represented me and I was found not guilty on ALL COUNTS. She is a very nice person outside the courtroom but is fierce inside the courtroom.
