On a referral I engaged this firm to work on my behalf on a totally bogus accusation from my ex-wife. NovaLegalGroup took care of my problem in a professional and responsive. I have no intention of ever running afoul of the law but if something should happen, NLG will be the first call I make.

I don’t know who the front desk receptionist is but they are the rudest person I have ever talk to on the phone they need to learn phone etiquette. Just because someone’s not a client I have a question if you don’t have an answer to my question you don’t hang the phone up on me and say you’re not a client by hangup so I don’t know who the man is but I hope your attorney sees this and find someone else to run his front desk! Sounds like a Hispanic man I wish I knew your name because I definitely will put your name on here 10.20.21 to 2:46 I was hung up on after being told that because I’m not a client they don’t answer questions. That’s fine if you don’t answer questions if I’m not a client before you up hang the phone up on me you’re in the wrong industry because if I was a client or a potential client you already lost business for your attorney!

My favorite lawyers ive ever had. They are so professional!! Very educated lawfirm. Ive had two lawyers here. Mr. Jones used to work here, he was amazing. Mr jacobs was my most recent. He is phenomenal! Ive had several cases through them. Mulitples dui's and a felonly case. They helped me to the fullest and i got very good results! Without them i probably wouldnt be sitting here typing this! Very affordable payments for me! Super friendly and understanding. They even helped me in a free case for being loyal to them. Good Afternoon, My name is Timothy Hoke, I was in a car accident on the day of Aug, 2, 2019. The time frame was in between 2-3pm as I was heading back home to Chesterfield Virginia form Delaware City, While I was on my trip home heading south bound on 95 I was struck in the back side of my trailer witch caused the 10,000 pound ice machine to shift and Jared my trailer into my truck.
