I had been trying to get a completely non contested divorce for quite a while and was getting no where. Thanks to the help of Steven Krieger, lawyer, and Assya, paralegal, I got my divorce quickly and without stepping foot in a courtroom. I highly recommend their services for any divorce. Steven was amazingly responsive in providing guidance for the return of a security deposit with a landlord who is trying to take advantage. I reached out to Steven's office earlier this year to get their expertise in resolving a landlord/roommate situation. His team responded quickly, and after paying a $100 consult fee for a 15-minute phone conversation, Steven contacted me immediately to set up a time to chat. Because my schedule didn't permit me to talk until later that evening, we ended up speaking around 9:30pm, which I really appreciated. Steven was very helpful in answering all my anxiety-fueled questions about the situation. Because the situation dragged on for the next few months, I would shoot him questions every couple days to ask him about how to proceed, which he answered quickly within a few hours. After a couple months of no resolution, I ended up paying him a flat fee to retain him for negotiating on my behalf. However, the situation began to resolve itself soon after, so his assistant promptly set up a refund. While I didn't end up officially retaining him, he will be the first person I reach out to if I am ever in need of his services again. I really appreciated his timeliness and patience in helping me deal with my stressful situation. It was super easy to work with him, and I highly recommend him.

Really hard to get ahold of, to the point that I can’t even comment on his actual abilities as a lawyer. Tried calling his offices no less than 15 times during normal working hours to schedule the consultation booked through a work life program and never once got through to him and only two times had anyone answer the phone at all (again, during normal working hours). When I did manage to schedule an appointment with him on one of those occasions he flaked on our scheduled phone consultation appointment time and no one picked up the phone when I called to check. (Here I was thinking maybe I was supposed to call him even though his assistant had said he would call me, but no, he just wasn’t respectful of my time and how I had rearranged my work schedule to do the appointment.) Other reviews seemed good and I had been referred so I wasted over two months trying over and over again to connect before finally giving up and finding a different lawyer altogether, at which point I felt really rushed for what I needed to get done. Super frustrating. UPDATE: Stephen Krieger tried to sweet talk me into taking down this honest and accurate review...and then resorted to trying to offer free services in exchange for taking it down. When that didn't work he resorted to the nastiness you see below - a version which conveniently omits all the times I tried calling him back with no response and no progress whatsoever. Very glad I took my business elsewhere.

I contacted Mr. Krieger’s office regarding a dispute with my landlord. Mr. Krieger responded personally to my email and in a follow up phone conversation. After I decided to hire Mr. Krieger, things proceeded quickly, and in a few weeks, my landlord from hell, who wouldn’t even return my calls, started acting to resolve the outstanding issues with my apartment. Steven’s office was always professional, courteous, and quick to answer any queries I had. Mr. Krieger was upfront about costs and what my options were. I would not hesitate to recommend his firm to anyone having landlord/tenant disputes.
