Bruce was suggested to me after I was involved in an accident in DC. While it was a hopeless case, Bruce still got back to me by mail within hours after I contacted him, even though he was in Europe at that time. He called me first thing after he returned to the US. He explained the legal situation to me on the phone in detail, not charging a dime. If you are ever involved in an accident on a bike, Bruce is the person to go to, there are good reasons for his reputation as the "bicycle lawyer". I will most certainly keep his number in my contacts to call him first thing in case something happens again.

Extremely knowledgeable and professional in his craft while also possessing the charisma and confidence you want from a lawyer. Took a personal interest in my case and helped me out of one of the hardest periods of my life. Was relentless in defending me against baseless accusations that threatened to take my family apart. Made a deal with him and the prosecutor to settle but He lied to me about my Kids settlement and I haven’t seen my kids for 18 months.he really was working for the prosecutors instead of me. He never answer my calls till now. He never help me get my kids till now and never answer my calls.

Unusual but effective! I had a complex combination of cases, lots of moving parts to unwind. Nicholas got it done -- including unexpected follow-up work and hearings. Did it for the agreed up-front price, and fulfilled each promise he made. Don't let his fast talking almost chaotic energy put you off, great lawyer, runs down loose ends and maybe most importantly, knows all the local players.

Mr BALLAND has been my husbands family lawyer for over 20 years, he has helped everyone we have that we have referred him to. Knowledgeable of everything and has had terrific outcomes for all cases,different types of defenses. Highly recommended-talks fast but just the way he is, he knows what he’s doing and will do his job every time! And always will tell you the truth wether it’s good or bad. Not all about money. He is fair and an excellent choice.
