I worked with Mr. Krieger on a landlord/tenant civil case in early 2014. From the very beginning, he was extremely understanding of my situation, and cared very much about the case. Mr. Krieger was always available at short notice over both phone and email, and dedicated his full attention and resources to help me win- while also working to keep his fees affordable. He was very knowledgable about all aspects of the pertinent laws and precedents, and also did further research to provide the best representation possible. Mr. Krieger was successful in my case, and I am certain I would not have won the amount of money I did had it not been for Mr. Krieger's persistent efforts and legal expertise. He is easy to get along with, very understanding, and served as a powerful advocate for me during the entire process. I would recommend him to anyone seeking honest and thorough legal advice.

i was really dispirit and disappointed by the USCIS decision to put my adjustment of status (green Card ) application on hold even i got the granted asyle from the office the reason was due to section (212)(a)(3)(b) { inadmissible due to material support to terrorist organization!!} , i waited 1 more year to see if there is any thing to change but unfortunately nothing changed so i decided to hire an attorney to investigate what is going on. 1 year ago ,my friend recommended to me Mr. Richard Bromberg office in the DC [ http://www.bromberglaw.com/ ] , who referred me to his talented partner Elizabeth . Elizabeth took care of every thing , first we got all the papers from the USCIS then we filed an addendum to reconsider their decision. guess what ? i got the waiver and my case has been approved and now i have my Green Card . thanks God , no body will believe me when i say this is was the worst 4 years in my life . thank you Elizabeth you are highly recommended by me to anybody with immigration issues. one more thing is during searching for similar cases on the internet i found people who still inadmissible for 10 years till now . my advice is to ACT FAST , CHOOSE RIGHT , GET IT DONE , HAVE PEACE .

I was a client of Elizabeth Kohler Maya when I processed my green card application. I was rather intimidated by the amount of paper work required and didn't know whether or not I met the conditions to apply under the EB-1 category. Ms. Kohler Maya was very helpful and made the whole process as painless as possible and kept me fully informed at every step of the way.
