Krieger Law led us through a difficult period regarding an outstanding debt contract, in which the debt collection attorneys used extremely shady sewer service type tactics to recover payments on a disputed debt. Unfortunately Arlington court rules are so deplorable that service process can be affirmed, even if no one was served, so long as it was sent by the clerk. This is surely a key reason why these attorneys and debtors use this court as a scheme to try to get default judgments. Steven was straightforward and extremely helpful; he worked to ensure we could negotiate as much as possible in regards to the legal dispute and handled it for us remotely in the Arlington jurisdiction where we had no nexus as we are a New York corporation, but our agreement was governed by Virginia Law. We greatly appreciate the help and while doing our accounting I realized we should have left a review, thank you again Kreiger Law!

Smart, Capable & Effective Our daughter recently purchased a used car from a less than ethical dealer which masked structural and safety issues that only became known upon the procurement of insurance. The dealer was asked to refund our daughter’s purchase and to take back the vehicle and they refused. We contacted Steven Krieger, explained the situation and he agreed to work with us. My business was served a complaint charging us with deception including a large civil penalty. I was stunned and unaware that we were doing anything that was misleading.
