In January of 2021 I engaged Steven Krieger Law, PLLC to create a Revocable Living Trust for me, compliant with Virginia law. Because of the Covid pandemic, we were unable to conduct this business in person, however Steven Krieger's firm did an outstanding job creating my Trust online and even filed my revised real estate deed for me with Arlington Land Records in March of 2022. The lawyers I dealt with at Steven Krieger Law were very professional and friendly and the firm's fees were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Steven Krieger Law to anyone needing Estate Law assistance in Northern Virginia.

I had worked with Steven on a complex malpractice case recently; and I was very pleased at the experience. Steven prepared the case thoroughly, offered practical advices along the way. In the end, I was able to achieve a reasonable outcome within a short period of time. I highly recommend Steven’s service.

Cost me over $2000 and he failed to show up to court. I think he’s completely incompetent as is James Granoski that apparently works with him. Avoid them. Good for him that the made up charges I received covered his sanctions etc. for not knowing he was my attorney.

I had an excellent experience in a co tenant issue. He was able to write an absolutely excellent settlement letter and provided great advice on how to move forward to have a far better living situation. He was honest about the realities of my pursuits, kept my vindictive nature in check, and made concise and clear efforts for my goals. He writes very well and is able to communicate through email in ways that proved to be very convenient.

We are new to the Virginia area and had run into serious issues with a new landlord and a townhome we rented. Steven helped us break a lease and work with the landlord to find an amicable solution without being on the hook for a large sum of money. He was responsive, professional, and clear in what our expectations should be. His correspondence to the landlord was thorough, citing numerous precedents we weren't aware of and didn't know were in our favor. I would highly recommend his law firm to anyone facing problems with landlord/tenant law. It is well worth the reasonable fee he charges.
