Can't say enough good things about this law firm, in particular Jennifer Bradley. She took on my very difficult divorce case and due to her experience and diligence I was able to get through the worst time in my life as well as get a much better outcome. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and pragmatic. Highly recommend!

Needing an attorney can be stressful, finding the right one is daunting! I recently found myself in this predicament. I called a handful of lawyers and in all circumstances, reaching that lawyer directly was a task onto itself! I was either screened by a receptionist or paralegal or had to leave a message. I either got no call back or was called days later…. My conversations ranged from being told to find a different lawyer who specialized in my type of case; or that he/she could take my case, but that the outcome (of my appeal) could be worse off. Not inspiring much confidence! All things being equal and not knowing what to look for in a good attorney, I found myself making mental notes of random criteria such as voice, manner of speech, personality, picture on their website, etc. One sounded like Tony Soprano, another rattled off a bunch of legal jargon followed by an exorbitant price tag. Then just as I was about to pull the trigger on the best of my lukewarm choices, I was introduced to David Deane through a mutual friend. David is none of those things I had fretted about. As a “private” attorney (not partner of large firm), he is directly approachable and reasonable. From the start, I was able to reach him directly and he could easily be reached by texting. From my initial consultation, I could immediately tell that David was the right choice- he is sharp, concise, eloquent and is able to explain the law so that a lay person can understand. He came up with a game plan and as a result, my case was dismissed before we even went to trial. From my first experience, I can tell you this- a lawyer is your personal representative and as such, you obviously want someone who has your back & best interest at heart. More importantly, someone who presents the both of you well in front of an officer, prosecutor, judge and fellow peers. On top of being professional, David is affable, a foodie, well-travelled, a family-man and all around good guy- this is who you want as your lawyer!

Had an appointment on the books on Monday. They called to let me know that I've been conflicted out on Thursday afternoon after I had already scheduled my appointment and indicated that they would take my husband as a client instead.

In the beginning, hopes weren’t high (mainly due to the nature of my case) but while I was preparing for the worst, David was hard at work securing a deal I couldn’t have dreamt of.
