Thank you Livesay & Myers for the uncontested divorce service. I couldn't be more pleased with Tatyana and Amanda. I couldn't have been happier with price and service. They kept me apprised every step of the way. They made a difficult situation easier to understand and deal with.

Divorce is very tumultuous and disruptive and having the right advocate is crucial to finding your way to a stable future. Amanda S. Swart was a knowledgeable and strong advocate for my children and me. Our situation was complicated and painful, and she stood with me and helped my children and me find a new normal for our family. I am confident that we are much better off now than we would have been otherwise--because Amanda was my attorney and solid advocate. She was realistic and smart in charting a path through the legal maze and even nightmare divorce can be and certainly was. Divorce is horrible. It just is. There is no way to write a glowing review about going through that process. However, when you find yourself in such a situation you want representation that is 1) Honest, 2) Affordable, and 3) Completely aligned with getting you the outcome that you desire - and if you are lucky what both parties desire. My first consultation was free and to-the-point, and we quickly communicated in a way that made me comfortable. I didn't feel as if I was nickel-and-dimed at any time of the process.
