I would like to thank Maria Fostieris and Brittnay Gordon for excellent completion of my divorce. My ex residing in Virginia decided to divorce while immigration was processing in Virginia. I lost a pregnancy because of him and he sent me out of the country immediately without completing the divorce. Without Maria following up with his attorney, I wouldn’t have gotten the divorce in rapid manners while in Europe. My ex with his attorney cared less that I was forced outside the US while waiting for divorce to complete. Brittnay immediately got my documents apostle stamped for Norwegian authorities to complete. I just finished a very long and complicated multi-year divorce and I could not have had a better attorney than Ariel Baniowski. My divorce was complicated because of my disability and illness. Ariel is outstanding - super smart, practical and so efficient and effective. She understood the complexity and difficulties of my situation immediately and took control and helped me get a very good settlement- exactly what I needed and was able to avoid court which would have been very taxing for me. Her entire staff, including her paralegal Sara Weber, is terrific - Sara has helped me through a number of questions and issues and is great with follow up. Know that with Ariel, Sara and the entire Livesay and Myers team you have the absolute best representation and support. My ex husband went through 3 different lawyers during the divorce - I wouldn’t trade Ariel and Sara for anyone!

I came across Livesay & Myers by fluke stemming from a negative experience with another attorney... and I am SO glad that I had that experience because it brought me to Jon & Tatyana. They are both prompt, honest, and thorough. I have like I truly mattered the entire time and taken care of. Melannie and Gigi were a fantastic team in helping me navigate this difficult process. We dealt with some unpredictable challenges but Melannie was always professional, timely, and level headed throughout.
