Our experience with AFEP has been most positive. The representatives clearly explained the many advantages of a trust over a will (many), and provided my wife and I with the necessary guidance and tools to create a living trust.
We are very happy with this firm and would recommend AFEP without reservation.

I was taken in by these people. I have terminated my relationship after 3 months of nothing but reviews of the information I put on the original form they had me fill out. Save your money. If you want a trust go to a lawyer they are the only ones who can establish a legal trust. Do research on this company there is a reason their web site doesn't have a "Review" tab.

I was planning to do the prenup myself with a template, and figured I might as well call for a free consultation. He won me over pretty much instantly, and since then I’ve gone on to recommend Jeff Weaver to two of my friends.
I’d done my homework ahead of time, and knew many of the options available in a prenup. Jeff was able to provide perspective on subtle ramifications of the choices. He guided me to choices that will make running my business easier during our marriage.
Prenups might not be the most romantic, but every couple should get one.

Miss Jillian was a rock to my wife from the start We were so stressed out, she calmed her down. She walked us through from the beginning to the end. Detailed step by step everything we needed to have and do in every aspect of the Bankruptcy for the Courts. We will recommend her and her firm to anyone who needs financial help. I only regret we did not get to meet with her in person as I had hope when we both were expected to appear for court, ( she had an associate guide us through the rest of the process.)
