I had a great experience with Daniel and Charles. They are very knowledgable and I highly recommend them. They will take you through all the different scenarios and options before you draft your revocable trust. Before all of that I attended a seminar led by Daniel…he explained all the differences between a will and a trust and what a revocable trust means. Do not think twice and go with them!

Our experience with American Family Estate Planners (AFEP) under the direction of Daniel and Charles Leonhart far exceeded our expectations. We had an estate plan in place from our time in Missouri which less than satisfactory. Charles through AFEP restored our faith in a process we knew could be better. Doing a will and a revocable trust is quite the process no matter whom you work with, and they were with us every single step of the way. I’m one of those people who ask a lot of questions so I can learn and understand new things, and Charles was more than patient when answering every single question and in a timely manner.
