Natasha exceeded all my expectations and proved to be vital in the process of purchasing a practice. Natasha came highly recommended and I was thoroughly impressed with her during the initial consultation. She was very patient with me - explaining every aspect of the process in a way I could understand. I had a lot of questions about buying a practice on a tricky timeline and in a state I had visited only once. Natasha set up calls around my clinic schedule, and she responded to emails very quickly. Flat billing is a huge plus - I didn’t have to worry about every interaction I had with her (or how much a dumb question of mine would cost me). Her fee schedule was more than fair, and knowing the bottom line up front was very helpful in managing my cash flow at a time when the bank wants to review finances. We dealt with several wrinkles that came up in the process, ranging from the mundane to the potential disasters. Natasha was always a phone call away, reassuring me that she would get things done. I have to believe she lost money on my case, to the point that I asked her to bill me additional fees (that sounds absurd, but you can’t put a price on quality and dependability - and she deserved to be paid for her time.). Anyway, she refused to bill me extra. It’s been a few months since our deal closed, but she has been just as responsive to me even after the fact. For instance, I was frustrated at the bank over a missing document. I emailed her on a whim to try and learn more about it. She owed me nothing at that point, nor was it her problem in any way. She did the work and sent me the document before I left the bank, and again refused to charge me extra. Amazing. Bottom line. I have worked with a few different attorneys over the years, in various capacities, but Natasha has been the best to work with by far. I don’t know how she does it, but she makes you feel like you are her only client. I hope I practice dentistry half as well as she practices law. Also worth mentioning - I absolutely never leave reviews anywhere for anyone. But I’m making an exception this one time, because anyone considering a practice transition needs to call Natasha first. She dropped what she was doing numerous times to help me, the least I can do is give praise where due. She’s awesome.
