Weber as an Attorney at Law - in particular in the areas of Litigation and White Collar Crime David has my highest recommendation.  Note, David is nationally and internationally recognized as a leader in these fields of law, in particular, financial crimes.  David helped me to reach stable ground and to find my way out of a dicy situation in the banking sector.

David came as a rescue to situation which could have gone out of control. David is excellent with every legal situation. Upon termination notice given to me due to a downsizing of the business, my employer initially declined to honor the severance package that specified in the employment agreement I had with the company. David carefully reviewed the agreement and reason for termination, and wrote a letter that clearly and concisely interpreted the situation. The company immediately acceded to David's interpretation and rationale and honored the severance conditions as specified in the employment agreement. This was accomplished in a clear, non-confrontational way that preserved good relations between the company and me.

From the initial preliminary phone consultation, to the last dried ink signature of the judge's decision, David Weber and associates were on the job diligently working on our behalf. I can’t thank David enough for his assistance in negotiating(what turned out to be) a complicated Severance Agreement. He told me up front what he believed he could do and did just that.
