I am a frequent customer at the Union Mill UPS location. Elias is great! He goes above and beyond to help customers. Recently, he helped me with a very large (and heavy)box without hesitation. I truly appreciated his assistance and excellent customer service. (I’m not sure how I would have gotten that box from my car to the store without his help!) He is an asset to this store and to UPS. We need more people with his work ethic and professionaism.

This UPS location is my go to for all my business and personal shipping needs. They are always helpful with anything I bring to them. They also have me covered when I'm in rush for stamps around the holidays and don't want to wait in like at the post office.

This UPS Store at Union mill (Clifton) is my go-to place for all my shipping needs. They have friendly staff, quick service, and they always make sure my packages are safe and secure. My husband and I are regulars at this UPS store, and we can't say enough good things about it! Abdul, the owner, truly takes pride in his store, and it shows in the excellent service we receive every time. Abdul has been super helpful with our notarizing needs, making the process smooth and stress-free. Whether it's dropping off packages or getting passport pictures taken, this store has become our go-to for all things UPS-related. A special shoutout to Elias as well – always kind and friendly, making each visit a pleasant experience. It's the kind of service that keeps us coming back. Highly recommended!

Owner and proprietor is unhelpful and extremely rude. From now on I’ll go out of my way to another location.

I want to start out this review by saying this review is simply directed towards the manager of this store, Abdul Azizi. I am a frequent customer of this store and today was the day that I have had just about enough of this man and his horrible customer service and bad attitude. Each and every time I am being helped by Abdul, he has been rude, unfriendly, and simply unhelpful. As I have read other reviews of this store, it has been interesting to see comments such as how helpful he’s been or how he’s even taken the time to help bring in packages from a customer’s car. Today I was carrying 3 packages and one was a bit heavy. As I entered the store he was assisting another customer in front of me, so I set my packages to the side while I waited for my turn. Once it was my turn, he instructed me to bring my packages over to the scale, which I did. Then he made comments about how I need to put each package on the scale one at a time because he needs to be able to scan each one. You can go out of your way to leave your store and help customers bring in packages from their car, but you can’t reach 5 inches to help move a package that’s right next to you to the scale which is also right next to you on the other side? Then he accused me of throwing a package on the scale and told me to be careful because the scale is sensitive. I did not throw the package and I am pretty sure the stainless steel scale is not that sensitive and packages aren’t gently placed on the scale each and every time. I have never had this bad of an experience with any of the other employees at this store. In fact, they have all been very helpful and friendly. I have heard other people complain about Abdul as I have walked out of the store before, so I know I am not alone in feeling this way. Abdul seems to pick and choose who he wants to provide good customer service to based on some of these reviews. I’ve visited other UPS stores in the area and have never had this type of issue with their managers. I hate to say this, but I can’t help but to think he’s a bit racist. I truly hope he adjusts his attitude and can treat all customers equally. It leaves a bad taste in your mouth when all you’re doing is simply returning a package, and this is the type of customer service that’s provided by someone who manages the store. I want to give a shout out to the other store employees who have always been helpful and kind when treating customers.

He's incredibly helpful, taking the time to patiently explain services and even went out of his way to bring my packages from my car inside! His dedication to ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience truly sets the standard for exceptional customer service. I love the ups store in clifton they have the best customer service all the staff are amazing SPECIALLY MINA who goes way further with his experience at the ups store, i have been a customer their for ivermectin a year and i always go there to see mina's smile that makes my day Thank you so much for his service and his hard work
