Always a pleasure to go to this store. Abdul is a good manager and a gentleman, as are all the people there. There is never a problem with them. I made the mistake of getting a passport photo somewhere else and it was done incorrectly. Abdul straightened it out. They are definitely a 5 star place.

Older man at this store is rude and unhelpful. Please hire better costumer service because this store is not it

I came into the store lost and confused on how to return something because I have never done it before, but mina the great amazing funny employee assisted me and made sure I got everything I waned to get done. You guys have a great employee, thank you mina!

Before I met John Sando I assumed the absolute worst for my case. But right away he assured me that he can help me reach the results I was looking for. Plenty of times I felt like giving because the process felt like forever but he would allow me to quit. This is a man who truly cares for his clients and looks to achieve the best results possible. Half way through my case he was able to get the DA to drop a major drug charge and tried to get all my charges dropped. Once he realized they wouldn’t drop both he explored other avenues and was able to find me a program in which all charges will be dropped if i complete it. Today I’m very thankful for his services and couldn’t of asked for a better attorney

Really appreciate this UPS Store. I have been coming here for various needs and can count on them to be competent, efficient and friendly!

The clerks there always seem like they want to get you out of the store as quickly as possible. I tried to use their printer, but they had blocked the USB port on said printer and made me use a computer that charges by the minute. This computer wasn't intuitive to use, only printed half of my pages (other half came out blank), charged me for a black and white print job that I didn't order (I was printing color images and wouldn't have wanted B&W at all), didn't print said B&W order it charged me for, and then if I wanted help I was going to have to pay more for the computer to stay logged in. This is how you turn a simple service into a reason to never go back.
