Jon is a great lawyer who gives everything he has to his clients. He is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that they get the best representation. I have had the pleasure of working with Jon on cases and I have seen how devoted he is.

Jon Katz was introduced to me by my cousin's boyfriend. When I met him for the first time, I was worried about what would happen to my life and future. Jon said keep doing "your homework" to change myself. He worked hard to get me a settlement so I could begin my new life. I was really relieved about it. I remember that when I first went to his office, he showed me that he loves Yoda from Star Wars. After the settlement, I was relieved so I called him "Yoda God". Me and my family really thank him so much for everything. I am adjusting to my new life and am happy in Florida.

I am very fortunate that when I needed a real estate lawyer, I found Faisal "Fez" Moghul. Fez took care of us in our time of high stress, suffering, and need for help. Fez was extremely fair to us financially in terms of his fees. Fez was extremely efficient in our communications yet provided us with details of the case that we needed at each step of the way. At times when the stress was unbearable, he offered just the right words, comfort, and expertise to help my girlfriend and I get through our case. Oh, and we won. We won by a wide margin. Fez entered court over-prepared and ready for anything. If you are looking for a lawyer who will care about you and your case and treat you fairly, then you have found the right man.

I came to Fox and Moghul in the hopes of evicting my tenant that had not paid rent in 3 months. After consulting with Mr. Moghul he had a plan for the next steps he would take to get the tenant evicted. Upon being retained we found out my tenant was a pro at evasion. Having delinquent rent payments, and ignoring debts owed. Mr. Moghul was so helpful from start to end until the eviction process was finalized. Very thankful for all the hard work and dedication this firm and Mr. Moghul have had on my behalf.
