He was able to help us get the maximum payout for our personal injury case and provided recommendations on what insurance to purchase to protect our family’s well-being and assets well into the future. He is not afraid to go to trial. This is a first for me. Other Attorney’s we have consulted do not ever mention trial. We now think of Tom as our family Attorney and feel more protected knowing we can count on him to consistently deliver results.

If you have an issue as a sex offender, I recommend you call Tom Walsh. I was convicted of a sex offense that required annual registration as a nonviolent offender for 10 years. The offender law was changed ex post facto, years after my conviction and sentencing, arbitrarily requiring me to register every 90 days as a violent offender, and then again was changed requiring me to register for life without parole! I did so dutifully for years until I was referred to Mr. Walsh on a related issue. On our first meeting, I immediately realized he was experienced with offender law, and regarding my current and overall situation. He initially got me relief from a false registration violation, and then pressed on to petition the court to have my 90 day requirement reversed back to once a year registration. He is thorough and professional, and really put in the extra effort researching and moving the process through the court system. A court system that seemed unaware of how to deal with my petition! It seemed that he was opening the door for the first time in this legal area. I am very grateful that Mr. Walsh was so knowledgeable of the law, the court system, and so delectated to turning my circumstance around and relieving me from the enormous burden of every 90 day registration. He now hopes to one day end my having to register at all with the sex offender registry. I would—highly—recommend calling Tom Walsh if you find yourself in similar circumstances as mine.

Mr. Walsh is the best. He helped me with a personal case back in the early 2000s, during the time of the DC Sniper, I remember him discussing that he represented the kid because he didn't believe in Capital punishment, in which this is what the kid was facing. The result was he won the life of that kid! I was so excited when I heard this. Thus, he defended me in a domestic case, where I was being wrongfully accused. I was very vunerable and hurt by the charges that I was facing, all alone with no family to comfort. Then God sent an angel, to defend me and triumph over lies that were set out to destroy me.
