He will patiently explain the process to you on day one without promising fantasy outcomes in order to take your business. Tom will give you ideas on how to help your defense without being pushy, giving you some decision-making responsibilities, while at the same time taking many worrisome things off your plate. His office location next to the Fairfax County courthouse is ideal. Lastly, I sincerely believe the key to his success is his paralegal and office manager Debra Wright. She makes you feel that everything will be all right and that you are in good hands. Great communication skills.

I had two counts of distribution of marijuana that I was contending with which was my first criminal charge. Mr. Walsh was very helpful in every aspect of this case and he looked into every avenue of how to keep these charges from going on my record, which included an obscure court ruling that I personally never heard of.
