I would highly recommend attorney Mr. Yeargan … Virginia has a draconian law approach to speeding tickets in Virginia, compared to other jurisdictions that I have lived in, the state of Virginia has very harsh speeding laws. Mr. Yeargan was very helpful in my sister’s case and was hyper-efficient. He cleared his schedule a week before her case and made time to explain the mostly likely outcome and what she had to do to expunge her record. Overall, very attentive and helpful on all accounts. I needed assistance with seven summons one of my drivers received and could not find anyone that can help me. Being from out of state it was difficult for me to retain an attorney, I never got a call back from other law firms and my court date was approaching.
