Jonathan Sheldon represented me in a criminal post conviction case that spanned several years. Stage after stage in the post conviction process he stood by my side and fought in my behalf. He is well respected in his field and has many professional relationships that assisted me in my struggle to overcome an 80 year sentence that I was given at 15. Even after my appeals had run their course Jon Sheldon still fought on my behalf. This shows the heart and emotional investment he puts into his client’s case. He lobbied to change laws that would help others in my situation gain parole eligibility. And after gaining parole eligibility Jon Sheldon represented me during my parole hearing and advocated to the parole board why I should be given parole. This man is something special. I had met with several lawyers and had to labor through explaining to them the direction in which I wanted to fight my case, Jon was finishing my sentences. This man fought until I was freed!
