From the first interaction with Jon Sheldon and his firm, I knew that my case would finally get the attention and respect that It deserved. From the paralegals, associates , advocates and Mr Sheldon himself this is hands down the best firm in the Virginia if not the country! Jon stood by my side when I had a Mandatory Life sentence and vowed to not stop until the job was done and now I'm preparing to go home and live the life that Jon Sheldon went and regained for me. Just recently paid for a consultation fee it was $250.00 for a matter in which the case wasn’t looked over for a solution or any suggestions at all. When the party involved ( whom I paid for the consultation fee for) called asking questions, Mr Sheldon seemed bothered, occupied, and shut down the conversation quickly with short answers no solutions at all. I have left several messages for a return call from Mr Sheldon to ask what was the fee for if we weren’t going to receive better customer service and or not receive any suggestions towards a resolution. I wouldn’t recommend this firm to anyone looking for great customer service or a resolve for legal matters. It seems the fee was taken so rather quickly to get the service that wasn’t executed at all, for the fee we paid. Still waiting on a return call. 1/11/22–Additional 2/3/2022 update, I appreciate that this firm refunded the consultation fee & apologized for miscommunication so would I work with them again, “perhaps”. Thank you guys for being part of a solution in the end.
