I had an incredible experience with Attorney Michael Robinson from Lawyer Up Virginia. Michael's promptness and extensive knowledge are truly commendable. I initially hired him in a challenging situation where I was facing severe consequences. I had eluded the police and filed a fake police report, which could have resulted in 16 days in jail, a 2-year license suspension, hefty fines, and serious criminal charges. Michael assured me from the start that he would do everything to help me, and he more than delivered on that promise. He represented me in court and, thanks to his expertise, I received no jail time, just a one-year license restriction for "work and medical" purposes, and a manageable $2500 fine payable within 6 months. Let me share my story with you all. I came to this country when I was still a minor, my father had become a U.S Citizen and brought us all. It’s been 30 years since. I attended a college of criminal justice, met many men and women pursuing the law career. I was in it for enforcement. My view of the legal system changed when I started volunteering at the local courts in my city. I realized it takes much luck and a stand up person as a lawyer for people to be treated fairly. I often felt a sense of powerlessness because I was unable to help them. Today I find myself with the opportunity to help others through this review. My daughter who is an adult now, was involved in a drinking while driving case, second offense (I am still upset about it) . My wife and I have NEVER gotTEN drunk in our lives. So don’t ask me how that happened. Anyhow- Robinson Law firm was the most professional team of law understanding experts, from the first phone call. They were besides us, communicating, advising, guiding, etc . My daughter spent 3 days in custody and is now is able to re- start her life.
