Hallo, my name is Walter O. Duran G, I was accused of 5 changes. That I have Not done to a girl name “Maria Fernandan De Paz.” I turn myself to the police station to given my True Story of ours relationships. I was Arrested on the December 18, 2019. For 5 criminal charges that I have Not done to No human or living creatures. Against my Constitution Rights as person and I have been in the United States of American since March of the Year 1997... I was in Prison from December 18, 2019. To March 04, 2021.. that A Lot of TIME’S.... to be in prison for 5 criminal charges that I have NOT DONE.. But, the “Laws” is MORE corrupted and UnLawful to people’s that are innocent and not guilty of charges!!!! But, God known everything’s that is True from the bottom of every Human Heart!!! And God send a Pure, Noble angel, to protect me from evil humans and the Unlawful Laws to prove my innocence that was not needed to be proof because I already told the detective the true. But, the Police and the Laws are Not here to protect you and your family. So the humble person or the LAWYER that was assigned to represent me in front of the Judge was MEREDITH M. RALLS from Robinson Law.!!! There Not enough money in the whole world and Words that I Walter O. Duran G. Can given Her, Meredith M. Ralls for legally representing me and Fighting for my Freedom and my Rights.!!! Honestly she is MORE than qualify two represents you as a personal lawyer of states. The short review-Whatever Ben Griffitts (or anyone from Robinson Law) tells you he’s charging to represent you, pay it without question and be thankful he is taking your case. Long review- I’ve been a multi-felon since the age of 18. I should note that everything on my record relates to substance abuse, nothing violent or perverse. At the end of 2018 while on state probation in two different Counties I caught a Felony possession charge in Prince William County. After reading google reviews for hours and speaking to many different lawyers we went with Mr. Griffitts of the Robinson Law Firm mostly because of the way Susanna Wolfe spoke of him during our phone consultation. Anyway, I am not from PWC so I had no idea if I had made the right choice in Lawyers. 2.5 weeks later I caught 4 more Felony Possession’s and a Third offense Felony DUI which Mr. Griffitts was somehow able to get me bonded out from based on my scheduled back surgery. I had more than 5 years over my head and was telling Mr. Griffitts that my only way out of this was to not get charged, and I was not willing to talk on others. He never once told me “that’s not going to happen” even though I knew I didn’t stand a chance. I’m not one of those guys that always claims innocence however I did explain that while I couldn’t claim complete innocence, I could say I didn’t do what I’m being charged with. As time went on and we kept going back to court I kept feeling like Mr. Griffitts may have been the wrong choice.. maybe because he never told me much about what HE thought, or maybe because he was a different level of professional I wasn’t accustomed to, or maybe because our personalities clashed. There were times I would tell my wife that I think my lawyer either thinks I’m lying or he hates me... then I’d confront him with it and he’d say something like “it doesn’t matter if I believe you or not, I’m going to do the best job I can for you” then I’d get off the phone and think, he’s just a lawyer, that thinks like a lawyer, and is talking like a lawyer... Mr. Griffitts, I’m sorry for ever doubting you, you are BY FAR the best lawyer that has ever represented me, you did the impossible. AS OF 1.22.2021 ALL CHARGES IN BOTH CASES HAVE BEEN DISMISSED (Nolle Prosequi) BEFORE TRIAL!!!!!! Anyone reading this review can not imagine what this is like for my family and I... this kind of thing never happens to ANYONE with my last name. I have never had any luck what so ever in a court room. Thank you Mr. Griffitts, thank you SO MUCH!

I was referred to Mr. Griffitts by another friend who had a reckless driving charge in 2019 and ended up with a competed dismissal. I also retained Mr. Benjamin Griffitts for a reckless driving charge to represent me at Alexandria City General District Court. I was extremely worried and nervous about its bad impact on my personal and professional life in case of conviction. In our first conversation, he listened to me very carefully & patiently and noted my statements. He explained to me the nature of the charge and possible outcomes. He also suggested me to do couple things before the trial date. He assured me that he and his team will do their everything possible to obtain best outcomes. He called me two days before the court date to touch-base everything he did and to ensure I am ready for the trial. We went to court and he presented all the documents to the prosecutor. He successfully convinced the judge, prosecutor and and the cop to dismiss the case which they did. No demerit points on my record, no court fee and no fine to pay. I am so regretful to Mr. Griffitts for all his efforts and the outcomes he secured in my case. Hopefully I wont need a lawyer again, but if I do, his phone number will be my first dial.

I retained Ben for two reckless driving charges and from the very beginning he made me feel at ease. The first one: A driver hit me on the highway and wrecked his car, because of the interaction of the vehicles the state police charged us both with reckless driving in October 2019. Ben represented me when I was out of town giving me the ability to concentrate on work and all the other things in life that required my attention. He understood the sensitivity of a charge like this, even when COVID-19 shut the courts down and our case was continued all the way until November 2020 he made sure I knew he was taking care of everything. When we finally had our day he worked with the district courts to have this charge reduced from a Class 1 Misdemeanor to an infraction, the end result was I pay a fine and case is closed! The second charge was a reckless driving by speeding. I immediately called Ben and told him about my interaction with a very unprofessional officer, who did not even properly fill out the summons, questioned why I was in the neighborhood which I live in and charged me with speeding when I wasn't. I retained him again to fight this one all the way. End result, the case was dismissed! I'm almost 40 years old and this is the first time in my life I have ever had to hire an attorney and I am so glad that Ben was the guy. He was able to explain to me everything I needed to know about my situation, the law, how it applies, what could/may/might happen, what I need to do to prepare and he answered all the questions I had whenever they came up. The police officers, deputies, bailiffs, other attorneys and all the people in the courtroom knew I came with the best. Ben is a true professional and advised me to ensure the best possible outcome for my cases. He never filled my head with any false hopes just facts and came to the table with experience. At a time when I was facing charges that could impact my driving record and have serious consequences on my career Ben was there to guide me through the process and get me results that I could not be more happy about. For me, I know I have found a lawyer for life should I ever find myself in this situation again.
