I hired Mr. Murray to handle my wife's case. She was detained by immigracion and was about to be deported to Honduras and he was able to file a motion with the court and after a long process we find out recently that we won. Other lawyers told me it was no possible without even hearing her story or they told us we had to pay big money and would not even tell us what they were going to do. Mr. Murray spent a lot of time with me at the beginning getting all the details and then took a lot of time to explain everything. And every step of the way his assistant called me to update me. Everyone in his office really works hard and cares! I would recommend him any day.

My 4 year nightmare has finally come to an end. I am a Colombian Citizen that came to this country 12 years ago. I got married 4 years ago to an American citizen and hired an Attorney to file my case to change my status, he said that it was a really straightforward case. It took several months to finally get an answer from USCIS they came back with a second interview for me and my wife. After the interview things started to look more complicated than he had assured us. It was really hard to get in touch with him.as his office was set-up to dodge customers calls. And all he seemed to do was send me to an Info Pass Appointment. It was so frustrating to see that he did not seem to care. Eventually I received a letter denying my petition and the attorney asked for more money and sent me and my wife to get more documents together to file a Waiver application but he never really explained why this was necessary. Finally after almost 4 years we received a letter from USCIS saying that the petition and the waiver were denied and that I needed to leave the country in 30 days or I would be subject to removal proceedings. My wife was frustrated and determined to find a new attorney, we visited approximately 7 attorneys and they all had a different opinion. Just about 5 days were left for me to leave the country and we had just made a choice about the attorney we wanted. The day that we went to pay for his fee he asked for more money because we where making a no-appointment visit, my wife decided that all he cared about was the money and she decided to not hire him. She went home and found a new attorney, his office heard our case and set us up for an immediate appointment with Mr. Murray, he stayed after office hours to talk about our case and gave us a vey clear advice. I must say that he did not charge us for all the time we spent that day at his office the appointment time was for only 30 minutes but we spent well over an hour at his office, at no time he seemed rushed instead he seemed very interested and willing to help. He also offered his services for a very reasonable fee . My wife and I had much to do, Mr Murray gave us detailed instructions on all the documents we needed to put together for him to properly present our case, and he said that he had much to do too. The following days I was constantly in touch with him directly even at late hours into the night and in the morning, I was continuously receiving emails from his office, and almost every day I was getting a new document and information from Mr. Murray. He worked on our case even from his home. When he called me to sign the file that he had prepared I was astonished with the size of the file, it was approximately 5 times bigger than the one my previous attorney had put together over almost 4 years and it included important new documents and evidence that I had never been asked for before. Over the following weeks we received emails from Mr. Murray's office that he had sent to different people to follow up on my case, he kept pushing and inquiring every week and told me about his plans in case that what we sent did not work. Finally about 10 days ago I received a notice to go and get my fingerprints taken, then just about a week later I received a vey long awaited letter that our motion had been granted and my green card finally approved. Today I got my green card in the mail. Of course, I heard the news first from Mr. Murray's office. My wife and I are so glad that we made the decision to retain Mr. Murray's office. I don't believe any other attorney could have done a better Job.

Brian explained the applicable laws and the chances of getting a favorable decision from the Court. He analyzed the case from a pro and con basis, and discussed legal options. He was well-prepared, and ensured his client was informed and ready when we appeared in Court.
