I was very pleased with Hunter Whitestone! He made sure I got an excellent outcome from a legal situation that originally seemed hopeless to me. I called with regular questions regarding my case and all of my calls were either answered or returned promptly with all of my questions answered throughout the process. Mr. Whitestone was extremely knowledgeable and I feel very lucky to have had such an outstanding firm to defend me.

BEWARE OF CONNIE YOON My car was totaled by a drunk driver while sitting at a red light 3 years ago. I had injuries to my neck and back as well. I went with David and his team and he made me feel really comfortable when I met him. David himself is very professional as are the people on his team. However, his colleague Connie made my case much harder than it needed to be. After my treatment for my injuries I would regularly call the office to check the status of my case and Connie was the one in charge of it. There were more times than I can count when I would leave her voicemails and send her emails and she wouldn't respond back. The times I was able to get a hold of her. Her answers were always "Oh we haven't heard back from the insurance company" or "Oh we're waiting to go to trial" or "Oh we're still waiting for the insurance company to make an offer". I kept stressing to her how I needed my case to be settled as soon as possible. This went on for almost 3 years. I sent David an email 6 months ago about why is my case taking so long? He had no idea this had been going on and that my case should have been settled months ago. He was very sincere with his apology. I don't know why but Connie had just been lying to me and no offer had even been sent to the insurance company like I was led to believe. She wasted almost 3 years of my case. She would not return any of my voicemails or messages either. Please do yourselves a favor and avoid this woman or the same thing will happen to you

Nick is a great lawyer. He provided strategic advice and helped me resolve a complex matter swiftly. I highly recommend him. In fact, I have already recommended him to a former colleague. It was well worth the investment.

Highly disappointed in this “firm”. Nick is VERY unprepared, works alone with no staff, fails to respond to phone calls and emails, and is very disorganized. He takes weeks to draft letters and will only take the next step if you repeatedly try to contact him. He doesn’t care about your case, and backs out of the agreement that I had to remind him we signed because he lost my file for several weeks unbeknownst to me. After stringing me along for 4 months, he quickly withdrew for no reason he could explain to me.

5 stars all day, Brian Drumman helped me with my reckless driving ticket. He had it all set up so i did not have to appear in court and then got my charge reduced to improper driving. I couldn't be more thankful for his hard work and dedication to my case. I will recommend you to everyone I know and I can't thank you enough for all the help you have given me. Mr Davis and team are exceptional. I recently had a case where Mr Davis spent 4 hours discussing with a difficult prosecution to come to an agreement I was satisfied and happy with.
