Mr. Whitestone was knowledgeable, succinct, and maintained open lines of communication throughout the entire process. 85mph in a 55mph zone reduced to Improper Control/Driving, with a small fine. The firm saved me thousands in fines and increased insurance costs.

I got into a car accident last year and initially I was not planning to hire an attorney to handle my case thinking it will be a difficult process. In contrary to my beliefs the process was smooth and easy. Staff was very professional, attentive and quick. Would highly recommend!

Never come to Whitestone, I paid #23K and I got 2 years, Whitestone's job was pushing me to take a plea, he said if I don't take plea, I waste government money then I'll be charge 30 yeras. Another co defendent use public attorney and got 2 years too. The biggest damage to me was, he never mentioned that I have the oppertunity to negotiate my restitution before taking the plea. His negligence caused me lost the very important chance on negotiation, government took all my money away also put liens on my insurance policies and properties, it's impossible for me to pay off all the restitution in my life, without paying off restitution, I can't move on, this is my biggest nightmare. A good attorney should know how to protect their clients' best interest.
