I had an absolutely terrible experience with this law firm. From the very beginning when I had a consultation meeting with a gentleman at their office, I find out he has a very basic knowledge and I was hoping that someone who takes my case would be more helpful. but it quickly became apparent that they were only interested in collecting their fees. They made you to make $5000 deposit to their account, so the ball is always in their side and they start charging you arms and legs. To make matters worse, I was left feeling stressed and anxious, with no confidence in their ability to represent me effectively. After exchanging emails to explain what needs to be done that I had explained in the meeting and been charged for it already , they charged me again for every single emails. See the attached file for breakdown items. The final straw was when they charged me for services that were never rendered. When I questioned these charges, I was met with hostility and refusal to provide any reasonable explanation. It became clear that they were more interested in taking my money than in providing any real legal assistance. I had to urge them to STOP working on case right away as soon as I got the second invoice with having done non. Every time that I asked what’s going on? They said we are waiting. They are still waiting and I am still waiting! I would strongly advise anyone considering this law firm to look elsewhere. They are untrustworthy, unprofessional, and completely lacking in accountability. Save yourself the headache and find a law firm that will actually fight for your interests rather than just their bottom line.

The firm does not call back, and actually a blessing in disguise. The front desk person that answers the phone said she would call back the same day and did not. I found another firm. Do not let review rating determine your choice because they can be manipulated by the business. I would not recommend this business.

In helping my elderly parents to assess and update their existing estate plan, Trust, wills and powers-of-attorney, we were looking for a firm that specialized in these areas of law and which we could build an ongoing and trusted relationship. From our initial introductory meeting with Rebecca, our more detailed interactions with Robert, on through the finalization and signing of all the Estate Plan documents with Loren and her team, we felt we were in good hands the entire time. PJI has mapped out a process and various plans for simple to more complex estate needs and honestly made a very challenging part of my parents and my life straightforward, understandable and as easy as it could possibly be. They've been straight up from the get go about what they do, how they do it, what they needed from us, what we could expect from and rely on them for (now and in the future) and what it would cost for an out-the-door comprehensive estate plan. Everyone we dealt with was polite, kind, knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questions in-depth. We never felt rushed and most importantly - my parents came away feeling extremely well taken care of and relieved that all of their estate plans were now in proper order. I and my siblings plan on utilizing PJI's services in the near future for our own estate planning needs and I highly recommend them.

PJI Law did an excellent job of setting up our family trust. Their entire staff is very dedicated, professional, and accessible. It's very pleasant to work with them with how conscientious and considerate they are. They seem to be warmer and friendlier than the typical law firm, but that does not come at the expense of them being knowledgeable and efficient. They went the extra mile to make sure that all our questions and concerns were taken care of without skipping any steps. I can't say enough good things about them and highly recommend them.
